How to ask for deletion

1. 1Email hello@quantumofit.com from the email address on your QuantumOFit account, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. 2Include your full name, the name of your gym, and the phone number on your account, so we can find it.
3. 3We confirm the request came from you. If you are a gym member, we also let your gym know, because your gym manages your membership.
4. 4We delete your account and data as described below, and email you when it is done.

If you are a gym member, you can also ask your gym’s front desk to remove you. Your gym can delete your account directly.

What is deleted

• Your login and account.
• Your profile: name, email address, phone number, date of birth and address.
• Your body measurements, health metrics, and injury and medical notes.
• Your workout programmes and logs.
• Your attendance and check-in history.
• The push notification tokens linked to your devices.

What is kept, and for how long

Some records must be kept by law even after an account is deleted:

• Invoices, receipts and payment records, which your gym and QuantumOFit are required to keep under Indian tax and accounting law.
• Payroll records, including the session records a trainer’s pay was calculated from.

These are kept only for as long as the law requires, generally up to eight years, and are then deleted. They are not used for anything else. Deleted data can remain in routine backups for a limited period, until those backups are overwritten.

How long it takes

We acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming it came from you.

Deleting some data, not your account

You can also ask for specific information to be deleted, such as your health notes, without closing your account. Ask your gym, or email hello@quantumofit.com with the details.
