Gym payroll software
for your whole team.
Salaries, personal training commission, a bonus, a deduction and somebody who joined on the 14th. Month end at a gym is an hour of arithmetic that has to be right the first time, because the person it is wrong for finds out on payday.

Everyone on staff
Trainers, reception, managers, floor staff. A gym is not staffed by trainers alone, so payroll should not stop at them. Commission is simply an extra line for the people who earn it.
Three commission models
Per session, on package completion, or as the member pays. Pick the one that matches how you already think about when a trainer has earned their money.
Mid-month joiners
Prorate a basic salary automatically for somebody who started on the 14th, or turn it off. Decide once instead of arguing about it monthly.
No-show rules
Decide whether a missed session still counts as paid. The setting holds for everyone, so the policy is the system rather than a conversation.
Approve, then send
The run assembles itself and waits. You review each payslip and approve it before a clean branded PDF goes to your staff member.
Set up in about two minutes
A guided flow for payout day, TDS percentage and the rest. Not an afternoon with a consultant.
Three ways to count commission, and how to pick
There is no single correct answer to when a trainer has earned their money, so QuantumOFit gives you three models and lets you choose.
Per session
The trainer earns a share each time a session is delivered, so earnings trickle in through the month. This is the default because it is the only model that survives a trainer transfer cleanly. If somebody leaves halfway through a package, what they earned is already settled by what they actually did.
On package completion
Nothing is earned until the whole package finishes, then it lands in one piece. Simple to explain and it gives the trainer a reason to see the package through. The trade-off is a lumpy month that can be hard on them.
On payment
The trainer earns as the member pays. If a member is paying in instalments, commission follows those instalments. This keeps your cash out matched to your cash in, which matters if you sell long packages on easy terms.

Common questions
Does QuantumOFit pay my staff directly?
No, and this is worth being clear about. QuantumOFit works out what you owe and records what you have paid. Moving the money stays with you, through your own bank, exactly as it does today. Marking a payslip as paid is a record, not a transfer.
Does this handle PF, ESI and Form 16?
No. The TDS field is a flat percentage that you set and we apply. It is not Indian statutory payroll, and it does not replace your accountant. What we remove is the arithmetic and the arguments, not the filing.
Can I pay different trainers on different models?
The commission model is set per gym, so everybody in a location is counted the same way. That is deliberate: mixed models inside one gym are where payroll disputes come from.
What happens if a trainer leaves halfway through a package?
You transfer the remaining sessions to another trainer. On the per session model the earnings are already settled by what each person actually delivered, so nothing has to be unpicked.
Can my manager run payroll without seeing company revenue?
Yes. QuantumOFit has eight roles, and payroll and revenue reporting sit separately. A manager can run the floor without the revenue reports being visible to them.
How much does it cost?
Every gym is a different size with a different setup, so we work the plan out with you on a short demo call rather than pushing a generic price table at you. You can start on a free trial with no credit card, so you judge the value before paying anything.
See a payroll run on your own numbers
Bring last month's figures to the call and we will build the run with you, so you can check it against what you actually paid.
